Are managment assessments and psychrometric tests valid?
I have been coerced by my employer to take these tests if I want to be considered for promotion. I reluctantly took one and the results were terrible. This is despite that I have the highest qualfification in my technical field.
there is a publication in University libraries, usually in the reference section, which lists several thousand psych assessments and the fields they have been validated as predicting well.
I can’t recall the name of this publication and the reference librarian at any college or university with a graduate school of psychology should be able to help you find this.
