Does a styrofoam cup make a decent Leyden jar When You put foil on the inside and outside?

The Most Important Thing Is That Does not the cup strofoam Conduct electricity. The second source says Glass That IS 10 ^ 10 ohm-meters. The second source Said electrical conductivity IS 10 ^ -16.
