i have a slot car it was made in germany its a buick 405?

it is stainless steel in very good sahpe it still works my husbands uncle got it during WW2 and brought it back I was curious to see what it was worth. we were offered 1000.00 for it but think it is worth more. i can show pics if needed. if any one knows anything about it please let me know. thanks
it weighs about a pound, it is almost as long as a dollar bill.

As far as what it’s worth, it’s worth whatever someone will pay for it. That is all. It doesn’t matter what a book value or appraisal tells you…all that matters is what amount of cash someone is willing to pay.
