How can I prevent molten polyethylene from bubbling?
I am in dire need of help! I have a piece of steel sheet metal that I’m trying to coat entirely in molten polyethylene. When I’m done running it through all of the processes I run it through to coat it, it has formed bubbles that pop (maybe during the cool down process?) and leave the sheet metal exposed! How can I prevent this bubbling and exposure of sheet metal with a light coat of PE?!?!?!?? Help!!!
