How to gain some pex muscles
hey, i’m 14, and i want to gain a little pex muscle. i’m kinda muscular, but i have this weird hole thing in the middle of my chest. I’m rly skinny 2, 110 lbs, and like no fat. Also, i can’t get to a gym…so,..what can i do? i have a 10 pound medicine ball, and can probably get some dumbells.
I would do whats called the wide arm push-ups/bird wing push-ups. Just spread your arms further apart probably your hands at your shoulders and do 20 in the morning and 20 at night. That is a great chest muscle build up.
