My breasts keep growing?

I just turned 16 and my boobs and my bum are growing in mass amounts ! Theyve been growing large amounts since May. Then, i was a 32/34 C depending on thw bra, now im a 34 E and the bra fits perfectly. My boobs have always br large, i was atleast a B in grade 6, oh and i got my period when i was 11 and a half. Sometimes they grow large amounts just in one night. Also ive been noticing that in the last couple of days that the 34 E has been getting a little small around the boob area, my breasts are also sore all the time. Now about my bum just in the last couple of weeks, both my boyfriend and i have noticed a huge cange in the size of my bum. Theres no way im pregnant, im npt on birth controle and im not gaining weight (im a xompetitive swimmer). I would just like to know when they may stop and how big you think thwy might get. Im not complaining, i like having large breasts, its just hard finding bras thanks for the help!
