How to design a website layout?
i would like to know; how to design a website layout? How to use a color selection for header / body and footer of the website? What tools / software are needed to design a website i.e. I mean adobe photoshop / macromedia what else?
I get stuck usually in selection of colors for header / body and footer section of the website.
