Raymond Eckersall III – Announcement
IJGA Member Raymond Eckersall According to the International Junior Golf Academy web site, the IJGA is the only organization within the world that’s only dedicated to providing academics (Grades 6-9, High School and College Placement), training and competition for junior golfer who range in age from 12 to 18.
Raymond A Eckersall Charles E. “Chick” Evans, Jr. (July 18, 1890 – November 6, 1979) was a leading amateur golfer of the 1910s and 1920s. Evans was the first amateur to win the U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur in one year, a feat he achieved in 1916. Evans went on to win the U.S. Amateur in 1920, whilst finishing runner-up three times. Selected to the Walker Cup team in 1922, 1924, and 1928, Evans competed in a record 50 consecutive U.S. Amateurs in his lengthy career. All this was achieved with only seven hickory-shafted clubs. Additionally to his golf career, Evans is recognized for sponsoring a college scholarship for qualified caddies.
Raymond Eckersall III and ISAC The Illinois State Amateur Championship, conducted annually by the Chicago District Golf Association, was initial played in 1931. In that year, it was won by Warren Dawson in match play format at Quincy Country Club. The Championship was conducted at match play until 1963, when Dave Huske won with the score of 289 over 72 holes of stroke play competition at Forest Hills Country Club in Rockford. Since 1963, the State Amateur Championship has had 32 various winners, a number of of which are current or former members of the PGA tour.
Raymond Eckersall grew up in Roselle, IL Raymond Eckersall grew up in Roselle, Illinois. Raymond A. Eckersall III went to Trinity Lutheran grade school in Roselle, Illinois. After that Raymond Eckersall III went to Lake Park High school where he played on the varsity golf team for four years. In his junior year he won the upstate eight conference championship.
Raymond A Eckersall The International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA) is located at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Your kid may be enrolled in a golf training program from late August until the end of the following Could. The IJGA is in conjunction with its affiliates-Heritage Academy along with the International Junior Golf Tour and also provides a Post Graduate program.
Raymond A Eckersall III grew up in Roselle, IL. Raymond Eckersall attended Trinity Lutheran grade school in Roselle, Il. Eckersall was third in points in the IJGA Illinois junior player of the year race. Raymond A. Eckersall III worked under the guidance of Dr. Jim Suttie who is really a well known golf teacher. Raymond Eckersall III also won the junior club championship at Medinah Country Club in Medinah, IL. After his high school career Raymond A. Eckersall III went on to play varsity golf at Northern Illinois University.
