Want to start a fork lift company in Hollywood, LA?

I want to start a fork lift company and rent out fork lift services in the city where dreams come true. How much would I have to pay for office space?

Bad idea. California is one of the MOST over regulated, and highest taxed states to due business in. If you did want to start this kind of business you would want to be in an industrial area where your customer base would be, NOT in Hollywood. Over 20 different government agencies would be constantly looking over your shoulder as a small business person. That’s why so many California companies have moved to Arizona or Nevada.

If you still believe that Hollywood is “where dreams come true” you’re watching too much television. That Hollywood died in the 1950′s.
