Call of Duty or Orange Box?
i am torn between purchaisng one of the above mentioned games. what is your opinion to sway me to one game or the other. i can only buy one right now, which one should i get?
add pros and cons of each
Both are good, for their own reasons.
Call of Duty:
+ Awesome first-person shooter
+ Good multiplayer game
+ Realistic action
Orange Box:
+ The entire Half-Life 2 collection (a creepy fun cult classic)
+ Team Fortress 2 (fun Quake-style multiplayer)
+ Portal (addicting puzzle/shooter, sleeper hit of 2007)
+ Bias towards sci-fi/fantasy action
It’s a tough choice. I’m going to side with the Orange Box – getting Half-Life 2 on its own would be reason enough (even Portal is almost worth the entire pricetag). For me, the biggest question is if you prefer real-style military combat or more of an immersive sci-fi adventure feel. Multiplayer is also far better for CoD (Team Fortress is fun, but cannot compare). So, in the end it’s your call.
