Daimond Blade
broken saw blade how get out ideas?
Do you have to break the diamond in the middle of a blade before installing it on a skilsaw power saw?
The blade broke and the daimond is still lodged in there and i cant get blade off it is real tough.
I am missing a washer on the outside as well too. Try wrenching the blade off with the regular wrench they provide and it just wont budge it is really on there good. Even tried striking the wrench like the instructions said but to no avail
When you are looking at the top to the bolt , you should be turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. If tapping the wrench didn’t help, tap harder. the diamond is meant to be punched out of the blade , only if your saw has a diamond shape on the arbor of the saw that would fit snugly into the saw blades diamond shaped hole. As far as getting it off keep tapping harder an if the wrench slips us a socket and ratchet if you have one, if not go for the vice grips.
