i have a cub cadet riding lawn mower that has no power when i turn the key.?
Its a cub cadet lt1045. I replaced the battery still nothing happens when i turn the key. The blades are turned off. And i checked the the fuse in the wires that are attached to the key switch. I used the mower several weeks ago. I did have to charge the old battery before i used it. Its only two years old.
Okay, you need to bypass the solenoid. Go right from the battery to the starter. Put a heavy weight ion the seat and turn the key to run and connect the battery to the starter. If she starts, then you know the solenoid is bad. Make sure the safety switches are made, or she will never start.
