What Are Industrial Parts Washers?
We have dishwashers for our dishes, washer and dryer for our clothes, showers for our bodies, power washers for our vehicles, but do you seriously believe these are the only things in this world that needs some deep cleaning? Industrial contraptions, machines and parts are an important part of making this world go round, and it is important to keep them well oiled and functioning. Without well-maintained parts the life of these machines drastically reduced. Let us discuss the fundamentals, and answer to question: What Are Industrial Parts Washers And What Are Its Types?
An industrial parts washer is a device used to lessen the everyday buildup taking place in the use of industrial machinery. An industrial parts washer is a closed cabinet which parts are positioned for cleaning. This little machine removes impurity, oil, dirt, grease, metal particles, loosen agents, inks, paints and even rust!! There are three many types of cleaning methods used in industrial parts washer, each method is focused in the removal of specific dirt accumulation and shown to be better for the function of the parts.
The first method is solvent based. This disc was invented by Ben Palmer in 1954. There is usually only one part detergent to every 64 parts water. Maximum strength chemicals are used, so you can avoid the use of expensive chemicals that are full of fillers. A few different types of solvents would be PW 1000 Pro White, which is great for something prone to rust, and brass is easily prone to darkening. Other choice would be Phostight PW 1024, which would be a good choice for parts that are steel and iron that collects heavy oil. If you want a Defoamer that are safe for steel and iron, a good choice would be PW 1052 Defoamer. For fats, oils and paint an economic choice would strip steel strip PW 1035. This is a great product to prevent corrosion. If you need a formula for copper, aluminum and alloys and brass, PW 1034 Luma strip will do just the trick.
The second method, we will cover is water. This is known to produce the best results in terms of cleaning, the distinguished life and is the friendliest power wise in the form of our great Mother Earth. Heat is the major component in this process, when the door is closed, the parts are blasted with heat if they are enabled in the ring. Detergent is still a factor in this cleansing, but a smaller part. The length of a cleaning cycle, it all depends on the four main components included in the cycle, temperature, energy, detergent and time. Almost all Aqueous washers powered by an electric motor. The detergent used is alkaline based and safer than solvent-based systems for washing, for there is no chance of fire and the solution can be found in the form of liquid or powder.
Your third option is a Jet spray vs Power washing options. Instead of using detergent, use a jet spray option hot chemical solution and heat to release the parts of all residues, at the same time as power washing also uses hot chemical solution with an additional hydraulic power. If you are looking for anew with a very low consumption of detergent, then power wash would be the best solution. Less detergent and chemical solution not only saves water, but time, as there is no call for for a long wash cycle. Now next time somebody asks you “What is industrial Parts Washers?”, you can definitely show off a little bit of your brain!
